    What is your average turnaround time? top

    Currently all items listed on our website will ship within 3-5 days.

    Can I request a custom order? top

    Custom orders are available. Please, email me at littledemouradesigns@gmail.com to inquire.

    Where are you located? top

    We are located in the United States. We ship from Orlando, Florida. Sales tax will be collected at checkout for all orders shipping to a Florida address.

    I received my order but one of the items is incorrect. What do I do? top

    Oh no!  We are very sorry! We try our best to pack orders accurately, but occasionally we do make mistakes. Please, contact us and we'll ship out the correct items ASAP, along with a prepaid label to return the incorrect item. Please include details on what you received and what you ordered when you contact us.

    Do you offer coupons or discount codes? top

    Yes, occasionally. The best way to find out about discounts or coupons is to sign up for our e-mail newsletter. We promise not to abuse the privilege of having your email address and will never share your information with anyone.

    Do you accept wholesale orders? top

    At this time, we do not accept wholesale orders.

    Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items top

    Little DeMoura Designs cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please make sure that your address is correct as we cannot issue a credit for items being returned due to a wrong address. Should your package come back to us and needs to be resent, the buyer is responsible for charges to reship item(s).  If an item arrives damaged due to an error our end (a hole in the fabric, tear, etc), we will gladly replace it at no charge to you.  If an item arrives damaged due to an error beyond our control (water damage from being left out in the rain, opened package, etc), we will not be responsible for a replacement or refund of the item(s). We do strive to offer the best customer service so if something happens please email us so we can look at the situation and see what we can do. :)

    What forms of payment do you accept? top

    ALL PRICES ARE IN US DOLLARS.  We only accept payments via PayPal. Using PayPal allows us to keep our costs low while providing secure credit card processing for our customers. If you are not familiar with PayPal or their buyer protection programs, please visit their website at http://www.paypal.com

    REMINDER: You do NOT need a PayPal account to make payment.

    If you do not have a PayPal account, click on the link as shown above to securely checkout using your debit or credit card as a PayPal guest. 

    Once your payment clears, we will begin your order. If the FULL payment does not clear within 7 days of placing your order, your order will be cancelled. Florida residents are required to pay sales tax, however, all out of state orders are tax exempt.

    If you pay using an ECheck/ECheque, PayPal will hold your funds for 5 days before they release it to me, which will delay your order. Please do not use this method if you plan to RUSH your item(s) or need your items in a specific time-frame. Using a debit or credit card will make an instant payment.

    PLEASE MAKE SURE your address is listed correctly with PayPal.  This is the address I will ship your item(s) to.  I will NOT be responsible for lost packages.  If you have provided an incorrect address and the package comes back to me, YOU will be responsible to pay to have the item(s) reshipped.

    What is your Privacy Policy? top

    Little DeMoura Designs greatly values your privacy.  We will NEVER sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required to do so by law.

    Do you ship Internationally? top

    We are happy to ship internationally. Your shipping total will be calculated based on weight and destination at checkout. Little DeMoura Designs cannot be responsible for any international custom and duty fees, taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by the carrier. These fees are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping. We are required by law to declare all items as merchandise, and will not mark items as "gift". We cannot be liable for any delays due to packages held at customs.

    We ship USPS First Class International Mail which USPS quotes can take up to 25 days for your package to arrive. USPS DOES NOT provide tracking numbers for International orders. If you require a tracking number, please contact us prior to checkout and shipping can be upgraded at your expense to include tracking.
